Light Jax Pink Week
Everyone is invited – businesses, landmarks, residences – to Light Jax Pink by turning exterior lights our signature shade of pink October 1-8 for Breast Cancer Action Month!
Light Jax Pink is a powerful visual expression of hope, remembrance, and community support for thousands of women, men, and families affected by breast cancer. A simple pink light sends a powerful message to those who have lost a loved one, are facing a diagnosis, are in treatment, or living beyond breast cancer: You are not alone. We are here, and we care.
By participating, you’ll be joining community partners including bestbet, Carvana, Daily’s Place, Florida Blue, Jacksonville University, the Lions Fountain, and many more in creating a week-long display of compassion and awareness across Northeast Florida.

Every Pink Flag donation, every glass shared, and every B Togs & Co purchase helps fund free, life-saving breast imaging services for uninsured and underinsured women and men on Amelia Island.
Beginning in September, guests may purchase a Pink Flag for $20 at Amelia Island Wine Company to honor a survivor or remember a loved one. Personalized Pink Flags will be displayed throughout the wine shop leading up to and during the event, creating a moving display of hope, remembrance, and love.

Jacksonville University’s Alexander Brest Gallery hosts the culmination of the BRAject tour – “Breasts at Brest.”
A thought-provoking art exhibit and fundraising event benefiting Pink Ribbon Jax, BRAject is a life-affirming celebration featuring ordinary bras transformed by their creators into original works of art.
Created by artists, breast cancer survivors and those who love them, the artrageous bras will be on display and available via online bidding through July 9, 2025.

Supporters are encouraged to celebrate a survivor or remember a loved one who bravely fought this disease. Get a pink flag, or two, for a donation of $20 per flag. Every dollar raised in 2026 will fund free mammogram and breast imaging services for uninsured and underinsured local women and men.

During the month of October, our pink flags can be seen at display sites throughout the area. You are welcome to drop by, snap a photo or film a reel and tag it #PRJ or #PinkRibbonJax and #YesMamm. The flags inspire hope, help increase awareness, and are a great show of community support.
