A thought-provoking art exhibit and fundraising event benefiting Pink Ribbon Jax, BRAject is a life-affirming celebration featuring ordinary bras transformed by their creators into original works of art.
BRAject encourages artistic expression in celebration of those living with breast cancer and those we have lost to this thief of a disease. Participating artists conceive, design and build original works of art using ordinary bras as their canvas. Should you choose to submit an artwork for this artrageous braxhibit, please click on the Artist Submission Guidelines for details.
All funds raised will benefit Pink Ribbon Jax’s no-cost mammogram and imaging services initiative – Expanding Access to Life-Saving Imaging Services – for uninsured and underinsured women and men in Jacksonville. Together, we can make sure every person has a fighting chance to survive breast cancer… and it starts with a mammogram.
Please note: A coffee table-style book celebrating all submissions and recognizing all sponsors will be printed at the end of tour.
